Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Thackley AFC will be held in person on Monday 7 October 2023, with an arrival time of 7.15pm for a start time of 7.30pm.

The AGM will take place at the Thackley AFC Clubhouse, Dennyfield, Ainsbury Avenue, Bradford, BD10 0TL.

Any member entitled to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote instead and that proxy need not be a member of the Club. Please give advance notice of any proxy attendance to the Club Chairman, Ben Oliver, by email at ben.oliver@thackley-afc.co.uk.
